The Democratic Republic of Congo
Step by step, we are introducing a plan to enable the war in Iraq to end and that will carry Iraq all the way forward to its sovereignty, but because they do not trust the United States, we will introduce our proposal for the Democratic Republic of Congo, demonstrate the process, and allow the Congolese to be their teachers.
The genocide in the DR Congo continues to kill, maim and traumatize thousands of people. The crimes against humanity are horrific, including rape of women and girls, and child soldiers, who know nothing of being children, and carry on the "tradition" of killing generation after generation.
During this horrific crisis, the nation has managed to create a government and a semblance of order. Now we would like to offer them the opportunity to rise even higher, by offering them a place in the proposed international government. Under our plan, a nation's power is based on population, which means the government can turn its attention inside the country to allow their people to prosper, and benefit from their natural resources, rather than rely on foreign aid and investments —and involvement—which opens the door to interference and covert and overt actions.
